Every player works through the same 10 phases, in order, one hand at a time. On each hand, try to lay down your current phase using the cards you're dealt. If you complete it, you move on to the next phase on the following hand. If you don't, you stay on the same phase and try again next time — you can still play cards onto the table to get rid of them even if you don't complete the phase.
The 10 phases:
When a hand ends (someone plays their last card), everyone else scores the cards left in their hand: number cards = face value, 10s/11s/12s = 10 points, Skips = 15 points, Wilds = 25 points. Lower is better — enter each player's phase attempted, whether they completed it, and their hand score below. The game ends the instant a player completes Phase 10 — that player wins, no matter the score. If more than one player finishes Phase 10 on the same hand, whoever has the lower total score wins the tiebreak.
